"The property is very spacious compared to others ,the amount of pools and places to relax is a plus , some complaint about needs renovation or that cosmetically needs to be done , lots of people don’t know the history of El Salvador a war , gangs and now revival a new El Salvador , Tesoro Beach may not be top notch or 5 stars but one day will be one of those to the ones that complaint for little things or being outdated , we had a great time we enjoyed the premises , big room , clean , hot water , everything worked in the room , we will visit again and TB will be one of our stops to stay . Plenty of parking , private beach , the personnel was helpful when needed. No overcharging we paid whatever we consumed . Just a fabulous time , two nights too short for us . Just go enjoy and relax . You will find it there ."

"Extérieur très beau et sécurisé, hôtel avec un grand potentiel mais aussi quelques problèmes : Lit inconfortable, hôtel vide mais ils nous donnent la chambre juste à côté des seuls autres clients, aucune proposition pour une chambre plus grande alors que l'hôtel était complèment vide, nous demande de payer pour rester notre dernière journée à l'hôtel au-delà de midi alors que personne ne reprenait notre chambre et que de toute manière l'hôtel était complèment vide, la propreté de la piscine se dégradait de jour en jour, la climatisation refroidit la pièce puis s'éteind puis redémarre dès que la pièce est trop chaude donc souffle très froid d'un coup puis s'arrête... Animaux présents (certainement des iguanes) entre le faux plafond et le plafond en taule de l'immeuble, l'animal griffait le faux plafond pour s'enfuir mais impossible de s'endormir par peur qu'ils nous tombent dessus, on devait faire des bruits d'animaux pour le faire fuire à 4h du matin (aucune considération de la part des hôtes pour ce problème)"

"El host fue muy amable con nosotros, nos ayudó muchísimo. Si pudiera sugerir algo es sobre las instalaciones, el hotel es muy bonito pero está un poco descuidado, las camas estaban arruinadas y el área de la piscina tenía el piso levantado y podía haber sido un poco inseguro si uno estaba mojado. Pero la asistencia del personal fue excelente "

"The hotel was average, the room looks old not very clean maintained the drain smell, the bed umm, average. I had to walk kind of far to check in and check out. Check in understanding, but check out...not necessary...others hotels(better than this one)just have to leave and drop off the key in a box. The reception phone # provided didn't work.I liked the breakfast menu, lunch and dinner not impressed. I liked the all inclusive drinks because able to get beers,however I don't drink. The pool very clean and good size 👌. The beach kind of dirty, people leave empty beer bottles on the sand. " 5 stars 🌟 to the employees they are very kind, helpful with a good attitude.""

"El hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones muy limpias y espaciosas. solo que no hay servicio de front desk las 24 horas y parece que no hay seguridad por las noches, eso nos dio un poco de miedo, pero gracias a Dios nada paso. la Sra. de la Limpieza muy amable y respetuosa."
